ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- The scientific committee invites abstracts for E-poster consideration and inclusion
in
the scientific programme.
- The first name in each abstract should be that of the presenting author.
- Abstracts should include:
- For research abstracts: Introduction, Aim, Materials and
Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- For case reports: Introduction, Case Presentation,
Discussion,
and Conclusion.
- Abstracts must be written in comprehensible English, typed in Microsoft Word, using
Times New Roman font, size 12, and should not exceed 250 words.
- A maximum of two submissions as the first author is allowed.
- Abstracts can be saved and edited by the presenter before submission. However, once
submitted, changes cannot be made.
- Upon submission, the Scientific Team will evaluate the abstract and communicate with
the
presenter.
- Abstracts should not have been presented or published in any other national meeting.
- The scientific committee reserves the right to decide on the selection of abstracts.
- Only the presenting author will be entitled to receive a certificate.
- The last date for abstract submission is April 30th, 2025.
- The top three abstracts will receive complimentary registration for the next Monsoon
Summit.
